Eco Habitat was born from a simple shift in pace. In 2004, Somasekhar and Chethana traded their Bengaluru routines for an organic vanilla farm in Coorg, an escape that quickly drew friends looking for weekends wrapped in greenery, riverbank sunrises, and the calm of the Dubare reserve across the water. What began as a personal retreat naturally grew into a place to share. A farm stay shaped by intention, warmth, and the easy rhythm of life lived closer to nature.
Set on the estate, our two private pool villas and twin-bedroom suites balance earthy architecture with thoughtful comfort, natural laterite stone, spring mattresses, solar power, dedicated pools, and wide open lawns that breathe with the land. We stayed in the month of October. Somashekar was extremely helpful. Wonderful property amidst green garden, we really loved staying there. The private trip to the waterfalls was out of the world...we will cherish that for a long time.Overall one of the best vacations we had so far. And thanks to Somashekar for giving me the plant...it is growing healthy at my home :-)

This is an awesome property with rustic looks and all creature comforts. It is unique to have a private pool attached to the cottage. Lush green surroundings. Lovely food with most ingredients from their own farm. Above all the host is very friendly and customer focussed. A Must stay property!!!
